Once you place an order with us you will receive an two emails from us. One will be an order confirmation email, the second will be an email receipt. You will receive a third email from us when your order has been dispatched.
We are happy to accept returns on orders within 30 days of the order being place. Please complete our returns form here
We are unable to accept returns on any piercing jewellery (to include but not limited to: earrings, barbells, belly bars, nipple rings, hoops, studs and nose studs) due to hygiene reasons. We cannot guarantee that jewellery has not been worn and therefore cannot accept returns on these items, unless there is a fault with the item.
If returning an item you will need to keep your tracking information / proof of postage in event on your return being lost in transit. Failure to provide this information may result in your return being delayed or rejected.
Returns are the responsibility of the customer unless explicitly stated by Cherry Diva on your returns form.
