Shipping & Delivery Information

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, Monday–Friday.

Orders placed over the weekend or during a UK Bank Holiday will begin processing on the next available working day.

Once your order has been dispatched, we'll send you a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please remember that dispatch time and delivery time are separate. Royal Mail delivery estimates begin once your parcel has been collected from us.

Our jewellery orders are packed in slimline postal boxes designed to fit through most standard UK letterboxes.

This helps reduce missed deliveries and means your parcel is less likely to need to be left in a designated safe place when you're not at home.

Please note that individual letterbox sizes and Royal Mail delivery requirements can vary.

Orders containing our multipack jewellery sets may require additional preparation time and can therefore take longer to dispatch.

Same-day dispatch is unavailable for orders containing multipack sets.

All of our UK delivery services are fully tracked.

As soon as your order has been dispatched, we'll email you your tracking information so you can follow your parcel's journey.

Yes. Cherry Diva offers international jewellery delivery from the UK to destinations worldwide.

International Tracked Delivery — £7.95
FREE international delivery when you spend £50+.

International delivery typically takes around 7–21 days after dispatch, although international parcels can occasionally take longer. Please allow up to 60 days where necessary.

Tracking information will be provided when your order is dispatched, and available delivery options for your destination will be shown at checkout.

For UK orders, please allow up to 14 working days from dispatch for your parcel to arrive.

If your order still hasn't arrived after this time, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.

International orders can take longer in transit, so please allow up to 60 days where necessary.

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order.

Orders sent to an incorrect or incomplete address may be returned to us by the postal service. This can result in significant delays and an additional delivery charge may be required before we can resend your parcel.

The return-to-sender process can take up to 30 days.

Royal Mail Special Delivery exceptions may apply to certain UK postcodes, including:

HS2, IM, JE, PA60, PA75, PA78, ZE2, ZE3, KW16, KW17 and PH30.

Orders containing multipack jewellery sets are also not eligible for same-day dispatch.
