Has my order been dispatched yet?
- When we dispatch your email a shipping confirmation will be sent to you via email, this will quote what item(s) have been shipped and a tracking number if applicable.
How do I return an item?
- If your item has been delivered faulty or damaged, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 28 days of ordering.
- If you would like to exchange an item, you may do so within 28 days of purchase by contacting email@example.com. Cherry Diva cannot refund postage costs on item exchanges. Items must be returned in the condition they were received in in order for your refund to be processed.
- If you are not happy with a product, simply contact firstname.lastname@example.org and return the item to us within 28 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Please note delivery charges are non refundable, and the cost of returning the item is your responsibility.
- You must obtain proof of postage just in case your order is lost on its way back to us. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your return.
- We cannot accept returns or exchanges on swimwear or earrings, for hygiene reasons.
