2016 Favourites
Wow, that went fast – where did the year go? In 2016 Cherry Diva launched their very first range of sterling silver jewellery – Lunar Eclipse. Our Lunar Eclipse range carried a deep and magical theme, featuring moonstone and onyx, light versus dark.
Following the success of our Lunar Eclipse collection we immedaitly began work on our second collection. We were inspired by nature and freedom, and named our second collection Wild & Free. We took a trip over to the fabulous Las Vegas to spend a few days kickin’ back and relaxing before starting a promotional photo shoot for the collection. Whilst we loved every single piece in this collection we had to say good bye to some, however we just couldn’t discontinue all of the range ‘coz the love was just too strong.
Let’s kick off our faves with our magical and powerful Drew Ring – we are totally in love with this beauty, the intricate detailing and large feature moonstone stole both yours and our hearts.
As the year continued and we stepped into spring we were all about statement necklace, one of your favourites was the big and beautiful Madonna. This stunning silver beauty hung from a chunky silver curb chain and adorned with sparkling rock chick gemstones, you guys rocked this beauty with sweaters, dresses and playsuits.
Let’s fly to the fabulous Las Vegas. This place is simply a must visit and we think you’ll have a wonderful time out there. We hit up Vegas to shoot our summer silver collection – Wild & Free. This collected oozed ultimate summer vibes and here are some of our faves from this collection.
With summer now in full swing it was statement necklaces that were back in our focus – we all love brand new treasures for the summer trips away. Some of your summer favourites included our Cinderella and Elise necklaces. Our elegant Elsie necklace was an easy to accessorise piece, featuring clean white gemstone and sparkling diamante trim – this necklace is so easy to team with any outfit.
Our Cinderella necklace stole every princess’ heart, not only was the name so perfect for this necklace, but the iridescent gemstones that give this necklace a real summer shimmer make it a must have statement piece.
Last but not least is this years best sellers – our heart stealing, show stopping Snow Opal Claddagh rings. This ring burst on to the scene in late September and has been a complete sell out since it’s arrival and is still filling jewellery boxes around the globe. It’s not only the design of this ring that stole hearts but the full sentiment and meaning behind this beautiful piece which made it so popular in 2016.
