It's externally threaded and features golden ball ends. You can also wear it in multiple piercings including septum, helix, tragus, nipples and some eyebrow piercings. Surgical grade steel is a great choice for most people with suitable for sensitive skin or allergies due to it's hypoallergenic properties.
