This heart shaped stud will surely brighten up your day, that's because it's full of sparkle with flutter of clear gems. A dangling heart shaped charm, filled with tiny crystals is the centrepiece of this fun cartilage piercing. The charm dangles from a 6MM in length durable, surgical grade steel straight barbell complete with a clear mini gem ball for that extra bit of twinkle!
