- Hi i really like the heart shape nose stud how do you keep it from falling out i have a hoop on now but want a change can you advise the best nose stud with a diamond kind regards kimberley
- Hi there - if you look at the end of the post there is a small ball - this is slightly thicker than the post and helps the stud sit inside the piercing. We also offer this nose stud with an L - bend post.
