This is a tension style captive ring. The cubic zirconia stone is held in place by the tension of the ring. This 16 gauge surgical grade steel captive ring is completed with a shimmering prong set removable crystal heart charm. This captive earring can be worn in a variety of piercings including septum, cartilage, orbital, tragus, helix and upper lobe.
