The hoop measures 20G (0.8mm) with an 8mm diameter. To open it, gently twist the two ends sideways in opposite directions rather than pulling them apart. Reverse the movement to close the hoop and carefully realign the ends.
The decorative heart contains brass and the finishes are plated, so keep this piece dry and reserve it for occasional wear in a fully healed piercing. Remove it before showering, swimming, exercising or sleeping, and avoid perfumes, cosmetics and harsh cleaning products.
