To open the ring, gently twist the two ends sideways in opposite directions rather than pulling them apart. Reverse the movement to close it, carefully realigning the ends for a neat and comfortable finish.
Choose the diameter according to your anatomy and desired fit. The 6mm option creates a particularly close fit, 8mm provides a little more room and 12mm offers the most generous diameter. Repeated bending can gradually weaken or distort the ring, so only open it as far as necessary.
